We are invested in the technology and resources that give us a competitive edge and allow us to successfully handle complex document and technology intensive cases. But we continue to embrace an old fashioned work ethic and the effective use of simple, inexpensive communication tools. We either have or have available the resources needed for almost any type of trial, arbitration, or appeal.
Our lawyers are expected to perform to standards that meet or exceed the most sophisticated legal practices in the nation. While we abide a large firm discipline, we also possess both an independence and a creativity that may not flourish well in large law firms. We have found that the boutique structure not only allows for substantial cost reduction, it also promotes lawyers who are more creative and focused about achieving the clients’ objectives. The difference is evident in our results.
VIDAL P.C. was formed in 2001 when conflicts of interest within a large firm demanded that the founder, Dorothea Vidal, give up some of her clients or find another way to service them. The firm was born out of loyalty to cli
ents and it remains loyal today. In litigation, we do everything a large firm can do but we do it faster and more economically. We do not try to be all things for all clients. We are a boutique that limits its focus to its core competency.
