Warren D. Campbell, Attorney Of Counsel

Warren D. Campbell

Mr. Campbell has enjoyed a 23 year career focusing on commercial litigation, business organization, and transactions. Following graduation from Baylor Law School in 1985, Mr. Campbell represented banks, commercial lenders, the FDIC, land title companies, and construction companies in a variety of commercial litigation cases. In one matter, he obtained a $10,000,000 judgment against the perpetrators of a bank fraud conspiracy. In another, he unraveled a complicated fraud scheme which had taken over a million dollars from a national insurance company, actually recovering over half the loss. In another, he successfully defended a $54,000,000 fraud and conspiracy claim against an international telecommunications company, obtaining a “take nothing” judgment in favor of his client.

In April, 2001, Mr. Campbell retired from partnership in a downtown law firm, and now represents primarily small and startup businesses. He has been of Counsel to Vidal, P.C. since 2002. Mr. Campbell has been a frequent writer and lecturer in seminars for attorneys, legal assistants, and private companies on topics including discovery and trial procedure, consumer protection laws, lender liability issues, business organization and entity selection, and legal/professional writing skills.
